Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 5 - police authorities, in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, producing copy of FIR. No.210 of 2018 dated 14.08.2018 submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the said crime has been registered and the investigation is taken up. Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
