A punishment was imposed on the petitioner vide G.O.Ms.No.414 MA & UD, dt.09.10.2015 by the 1st respondent by stopping two annual grade increments without cumulative effect.

Petitioner invoked Rule 38 of the CCA Rules and sought a Review of the order passed by the 1st respondent. Petitioner alleges that the said Review Petition, though filed on 21.11.2015, is not disposed of by the 1st respondent. 3.
The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the said Review Petition and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the Review Petition filed by the petitioner on 21.11.2015 and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
