HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28534 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector to dispose of the case in File No.F2/1880/2015, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and as the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector since 2015, it is just and proper to direct the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector, to consider and pass appropriate orders in File No.F2/1880/2015, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four to six months from today, if not already disposed of.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
