This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.349 of 2016 on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 324 I.P.C.

2. When the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting his case.
