Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that subsequently a writ petition was filed for ratification of the admission given to the petitioner and, in fact, the said writ petition was allowed and the admission of the petitioner was ratified. He, therefore, urges to close the writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, in case his results are withheld.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, in the event his results are withheld. Interim order dated 03.10.2013 stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
