The petitioners herein are arraigned as accused Nos.1 to 3, who are no other than the husband and parents-in-law of the de facto complainant-2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition having argued the matter at length. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
