Bandi Sudharani v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13625 of 2017 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal No.3/2016 before the 3rd respondent against the order dated 05.02.2013 passed by the 4th respondent and that the matter was also heard, but no orders are passed till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though appeal is pending, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioners.
Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for revenue. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the matter is already heard, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till passing of orders, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained regarding possession. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.04.2017 t k.
