Heard.
The petitioner herein seeks mutation of his name in the revenue records on the ground that he is a successor to his father. It is stated that the lands in question stand in the name of his father. Accordingly, the petitioner made application through Meeseva on 14-09-2015 and a representation thereafter was made to the 2nd respondent on 01-102015 and alleging inaction on the part of respondents 1 to 3, the present writ petition is filed.
The petitioner, however, does not appear to have made any application under Form 6-A as prescribed under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and basing on the representation of the petitioner made to the 2nd respondent, no directions as sought for can be issued. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application to the recording authority viz., the 3rd respondent in the prescribed proforma under the aforesaid Act by paying requisite fee. If any such application is received, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
