None appeared for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner is challenging the suspension orders dated 30.06.2004, that he retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation, and that while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned order, vide orders dated 02.08.2004 in WPMP No.14402 of 2004.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
