THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23538 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime against respondents 4 to 7 in spite of a complaint dt.05.07.2016 given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that Crime No.54 of 2016 was registered on 23.07.2016 against respondents 4 to 7 on the complaint given by the petitioner.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus redressed, directing the respondents to conduct investigation in accordance with law and file final report before the competent Court in the above crime, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
