HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29246 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in not passing an order for sanction of EPF contributory monthly pension to the petitioner though he made an application on 14.07.2017 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition by way of representation dated 14.7.2017 is already pending before the respondents, as such, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to consider the same in accordance with the Rules in force.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2017 in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and take action accordingly, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
