The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions, dated 24.04.2018 and contends that the petitioner is not in possession of any extent in the petition land. She further states that in similar circumstances, this Court dismissed W.P.No.6367 of 2017.

There is no representation for petitioner on 24.04.2018 as well as today. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
