ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the inclusion of her land in the prohibitory list issued under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 relating to survey No.445/3 and 445/4 of Chettupalli Vilage, Narsipatnam Mandal.

3. I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition as petitioner has specific remedy to approach the appropriate authority under Section 22-A(iv) of the Act. Hence, with the liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy, writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
