THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21678 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2.
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the property of the petitioner situated in Survey Nos.573/F and 573/G in Shyampet Village, Kazipet Mandal, Warangal District, for the purpose of laying 60 feet road parallel to the Railway track leading from Kazipet to Warangal Station, without following due process of law. 3.
No counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents. Though learned counsel for the respondents seeks time, since the prayer in the writ petition is innocuous, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to follow due process of law, if they proceed to acquire any portion of land of the petitioner for any public purpose. Without following such law, the land of the petitioner shall not be interfered.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J APRIL 30, 2018 YVL
