When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing counsel for the respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of a Division Bench in W.A.No.287 of 2016, dated 26.04.2017 and the order in W.P.No.9868 of 2008, dated 30.04.2008 and the copies of the same are placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper. 2.

Following the above said order of a Division Bench in W.A.No.287 of 2016, dated 26.04.2017 and the order in W.P.No.9868 of 2008, dated 30.04.2008 and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed in terms thereof.
