HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4122 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent in not sending the call letters along with the others to the interview for the post of Junior Lineman, APNPDCL, Karimnagar.

This Court on 2.3.2007 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of Junior Lineman along with others as per law. The nature of the relief which is sought for in the main writ petition was granted by way of interim order is being one and the same, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
