HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.24840 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ....writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in deleting the digital signature of the 3rd respondent and putting the same as disputed for Sy.Nos.2-9a1 and 2-9a2 for an extent of Ac.14.00 of Yernagudem Village, Deverapally Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional."

2. I have perused the documents, namely, copy of pahani dated 23.02.2017, copy of 1-B Register dated 23.02.2017 and also down loaded copy of adangal dated 21.03.2017 with the remark that the survey documents and the limited grievances of the petitioner, this court is of the view that these are primarily matters relating to maintenance, continuation and objections or correction of entries in the revenue records. Invoking the writ jurisdiction either for a small admitted omission or irregularity, ought not to be entertained. At the same time, the petitioner cannot also be without remedy against any grievance in this behalf. Therefore, Mr Radhakrishna, requests the court to permit the petitioner to file representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovvuru and work out the grievances before the Revenue Divisional Officer/ Administrative Superior of 3rd respondent. The statement is accepted.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
