Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in spite of issuing a letter to the parties, who are his clients, there is no response and thus, he has no instructions to proceed with the matter and prays to dismiss the case for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
