THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.352 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the first respondent in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner on 01.11.2012 for issuance of call letter for interview to the post of Office Attendant in respondent-Bank, as illegal and arbitrary. No representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. On 04.01.2013 while issuing notice before admission, this Court, relying on the decision of the Supreme Court in State of Bihar vs. Upendra Narayan Singh & others1, directed the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner also along with the candidates sponsored through employment exchange, provided he is qualified in all respects as per the qualifications notified by the respondents.

In view of the interim order passed by this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
