HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27414 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application in Form VI A under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Books Act, 1971 to the 2nd respondent for mutation of her name and for grant of pattadar pass books and accordingly the 2nd respondent issued notices to all concerned and the 3rd respondent filed objections on 26.09.2014. Thereafter, no further action has been taken by the 2nd respondent till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner for mutation of her name and grant of pattedar pass books, in accordance with law after issuing notices to the 3rd respondent and other affected parties.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
