ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying to grant direction to respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as Junior Assistants cum Typists in accordance with the scheme of regularization formulated and notified vide G O Ms No. 212 dated 22.4.1994. No representation for petitioners. When the matter is taken up, Smt B Vijaylaxmi representing learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the University has regularized the services of the petitioners.

Since services of the petitioners are already regularized, cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
