This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.2 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.118 of 2012 of Rayachoty Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 380 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner, who is accused in PRC No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rayachoty, committed theft of material part of original court records.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner since custodial interrogation is necessary in this case.
