THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8533 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner-husband to quash the order dated 13-01-2011 in M.C.No. 8 of 2010 on the file of the Court of III Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tirupati (for short, 'the Court below'), whereby it awarded maintenance of Rs.3,000/- p.m. to respondent No. 3 and Rs.2,000/- p.m. to respondent No. 2 ex parte from the date of order.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner filed Criminal M.P.No. 903 of 2018 to condone delay in filing petition to set aside the ex parte order and it is pending and requested this Court to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the same. 3.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, without touching the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of Criminal M.P.No. 903 of 2018 and other applications if any pending before it within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed in consequence.
