Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and
2. None appeared for the 3rd respondent.
The case of the petitioners is that their father, by name, Namile Kouraiah was the absolute owner and possessor of the lands admeasuring Acs.2.04 guntas and Acs.2.00 in Survey Nos.1505/Vu and 1085/Vu situated in Kolanpaka Village in Alair Mandal, Nalgonda District. The petitioners state that out of love and affection and they being the only two daughters, their father gifted the said lands to them through registered gift settlement deeds bearing Document Nos.1876 and 1877 of 2015, dated 21.04.2015. While so, the petitioners came to know that the name of the 3rd respondent, who is their younger paternal uncle, is recorded as possessor in the revenue records stating that he is conducting agricultural operations on lease. Therefore, the petitioners' submitted representation dated 17.06.
2016 before the 2nd respondent seeking to remove the name of the 3rd respondent as lessee in the revenue records. The grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 17.06.
within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
