Admittedly petitioner is a Government servant of Andhra Pradesh. In view of the Judgment reported in L.Chandrakumar v. Union of India (1997 (3) SCC 261), petitioner has to approach the A.P.Administrative Tribunal. In view of the same, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the A.P.Administrative Tribunal. No order as to costs.
