HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19549 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner challenges the order of the Revenue Divisional officer in ROR Appeal No.(C)/ 812/ 2016, dated 06.05.2017.
2. Under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act' ), the petitioner has remedy of revision before the Joint Collector. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the court to workout the remedy and does not press the writ prayer.
3. In view of the statement, the petitioner is permitted to file a revision under Section 9 of the Act, challenging the order impugned in the writ petition, within thirty (30) days from today. The 5th respondent is directed to maintain status-quo as regards the entries in 1-B Register etc. for a period of four weeks from today.
4. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 16.06.2017 BSS
