HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8509 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the Petitioner/A-2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.101 of 2018 of Kamalapur Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 447 and 506 R/w.34 of I.P.C.

After arguing the case for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the concerned S.H.O. to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another1. 3.

Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Station House Officer, Kamalapur Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, is directed to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar (supra).

Accordingly, with the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
