ORDER:

Petitioner complains that in spite of direction of the second respondent under letter No.B/7561/2013 dated 22.10.2013 addressed to the third respondent to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner, no action is taken by the third respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader has since received instructions, which state that an enquiry was conducted under Section 3(2) of the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 (for short 'the Act') and resumption order is already passed against Sri Garlpati Eshwaraiah, who is the father of the fourth respondent, in proceedings No.B/885/2013 dated 02.09.2015. Learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the action already taken for resumption of land, nothing further survives for consideration in the writ petition.

3. In view of the above, since the third respondent has already taken appropriate action, as above, no further directions are called for in this writ petition.
