Heard Mr. Srinivas Ambati for petitioners.

For the present, this Court is of the view that the urgency made for issuing directions even for disposal of revision pending before the Joint Collector/ second respondent is unconvincing. This Court is of the view that in every case mere complaining of inaction is not adequate, but inaction complained has to be accepted as a fact and persuade this Court to issue appropriate directions to the authority. Issuance of directions in a routine way would result in inconvenience to day-to-day work undertaken by respondents. If a revision is already filed, law provides for disposal of revision, this Court sees no reason to direct the authorities to act in accordance with law for they are obligated to do so.

The writ petition fails and is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
