This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the list of eligible applicants placed before the Municipal Corporation for nomination as Area Sabha Representative.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner has passed away and that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for impleading the petitioner's Legal Representatives and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
