HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18160 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that they are the owners and possessors of the land to an extent of Ac.03.50 cents in RS.No.392 of Atmakur Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District and the same was acquired by their father through D form patta on 07.08.1993 who also obtained Pattadar Pass books in his favour on 15.10.1995. Subsequently, petitioners' father expired on 22.11.2014 leaving behind petitioners 1 and 2, as legal heirs. Thereafter, the petitioners intimated the same to the respondents by way of representation dated 04.02.2015, 22.04.2015 and 22.06.2015 requesting to mutate their names in the revenue records. Since there is no response from the respondents the petitioners made another representation on 26.05.2016. As no orders are passed in the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not submitted the application in the prescribed format in Form 6 A.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to file application in the prescribed format in Form 6A along with relevant documents and on receipt of such application, the 4th respondent shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of

receipt of application from the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
