THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3018 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 01-11-2016 in Cr.M.P.SR.No.9413 of 2016 in C.C.No.170 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Kakinada. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the lower Court order to the petitioner as per procedure. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
