THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.26576 OF 2008 ORDER:

When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subject matter of the Writ Petition, at this distance of time, no cause survives for adjudication and therefore, the Writ Petition is liable for dismissal as infructuous. Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue are present.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
