THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.22945 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under an apprehension and by making certain allegations against the respondents without any basis stating that the respondents are interfering with his Jaggery business.

Sri Ram Mohan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, Telangana, on instructions submits that huge racket of unlawful business in black Jaggery and using it as raw material illicit distillation of liquor is prepared in Warangal district and in good faith, the respondent officials are making checks regarding the Jaggery. Hence, it does not constitute an unlawful interference. Sri Ram Mohan, learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that a rowdy sheet was opened against the petitioner on 22.5.2012.

In the light of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the respondents are at liberty to act in accordance with law as and when they find any unlawful activities being carried on by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
