THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4383 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging order in I.A.No.787 of 2012 in O.S.No.935 of 2003 dated 27.08.2012 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, wherein the petitioner filed a petition under Order VI Rule 7 of CPC, which was dismissed by the Trial Court.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 27.08.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. Now, it is informed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Warangal, that O.S.No. 935 of 2003 was disposed of on 05.09.2011. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
