The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners 2 and 3 are the daughters of the 1st petitioner and the 1st petitioner had executed registered settlement deeds dated 23-122006 in respect of the subject land admeasuring Ac.01-35 guntas in favour of the 2nd petitioner and Ac.01-27 guntas in favour of the 3rd petitioner respectively in Sy.Nos.183, 185/A/2, 185/A/3 and 185/A/4 situated at Rebbavaram Village, Wyra Mandal of Khammam District. By virtue of Will dated 18-01-2016, the 1st petitioner got an extent of Ac.03-22 guntas in Sy.No.183 and the 2nd petitioner got an extent of Ac.04-10 guntas in Sy.Nos.182/U and 185/A/1 and Sy.No.221/A situated at Rebbavaram Village, Wyra Mandal of Khammam District. Earlier brother of petitioners 2 and 3 filed suit in O.S.No.22 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sathupally, Khammam District. The same was dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioners 2 and 3 applied for mutation and for issuance of pattadar passbooks through on-line. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners dated 2711-2015 in accordance with law after issuing notice to affected parties and such exercise shall be done within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
