Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit in O.S.No.1670 of 2009 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District was dismissed as not pressed on 20.02.2014 and hence, the revision petitin may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infturcuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
