Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 16-09-2015, whereby the learned single Judge dismissed Writ Petition No.30150 of 2015 on the ground that the appellant has an alternative remedy of revision before the competent authority. It is not in dispute that such a remedy is available to the appellant. Keeping that in view, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by learned single Judge.

Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed.
