CVNR, J & GSP, J Dt:14.8.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus for release of one Setty Sujatha Rani, W/o Late S.Sridhar (hereinafter referred to as "the detenue'), after declaring her detention proceedings, vide REV-CSECOPDL/7/2018-D,TH(C7), dated 03.7.2018, passed by respondent No.2, as approved in G.O.Rt.No.1528, General Administration (SC.1) Department, dated 11.7.2018, of respondent No.1, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that as per the opinion of the Advisory Board, the detention of the detenue is revoked, vide G.O.Rt.No.1750, General Administration (SC.I) Department, dated 08.8.2018. He has placed a copy of the said G.O. before the Court.

In the light of above-noted subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
