THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24273 of 2016 ORDER:

In the instant case, the petitioner had already approached the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was having jurisdiction, by filing O.A.No.5760/2012. Since the said O.A. was disposed of holding that the prayer sought for by the applicant cannot be conceded to by the Tribunal, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the order of Tribunal, this writ petition cannot be entertained and the remedy of petitioner is elsewhere. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
