THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2143 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 26.12.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.44142 of 2017. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the present Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication and hence the same may be closed. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
