This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the theaters of the petitioners as per their application dated 09-08-2018 as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 15-06-2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.20033 of 2018.

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 15-06-2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.20033 of 2018. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
