Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri O.Manoher Reddy, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in taking possession of the Flat bearing No. 202, 2nd Floor, Lakshmi Nivas, bearing H.No. 9-6-214/1, on Plot No. 63, Ward No.9, Block No.6, Durga Bhavani Nagar, Sultanvalva Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary. AND WHEREAS the High Court, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri O.
Manoher Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Sri B.S.Prasad - S.C. for the Respondents, directed issue of notice to Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in the Writ Petition.
You viz;
1. Sri N.Srinivas, S/o. Suryanarayana, Authorized Officer, Union Bank of India, Chikadpally Branch, Hyderabad.
2. The Branch Manager, Union Bank of India, Chikadpally Branch, Chikadpally, Hyderabad. are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this writ petition should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to handover the possession of the premises bearing Flat No. 202, 2nd Floor, Lakshmi Nivas, bearing H.No. 9-6-214/1, on Plot No. 63, Ward No.9, Block No.6, Durga Bhavani Nagar, Sultanvalva Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District forthwith, pending disposal of WP.No. 2481/2015 on the file of the High Court. ..2..
