2017-10-30M.S.Ramachandra Rao1 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.27676 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), for respondents. 2.

This is a strange case where the 4th respondent having himself issued proceedings dt.09.12.2016 in Reference No.B/105/2016, directing the Deputy Tahsildar, Etapaka to put the details of the land in petitioner's occupation on-line, strangely filed a counter-affidavit taking a totally different stand.

3.

Though the person, who passed the order on 09.12.2016 and the person who filed the counter-affidavit are different, the fact remains that the said order passed on 09.12.2016 by the 4th respondent has not been set aside by any authority.

4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to implement the order dt.09.12.2016 passed by the 4th respondent within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
