There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- " ... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering in civil dispute and calling petitioner and his family members to police station and forcing them to pay the money as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to indulge in civil disputes and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 placed on record the written instructions, dated 19.11.2019, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the respondent police never interfered in civil disputes at any point of time. It is also specifically mentioned in the written instructions that at no point of time, the respondent police have called the petitioner or his family members to the Police Station. Even on verification of the station records, there is no complaint against the petitioner or his family members.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
