It is the case of the petitioner that the 5th respondent made application through online on 09.07.2015 for mutation and issuance of e-passbook in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.96 cents in Sy.No.67/3B, situated at Thurpu Boyamadugula Village, Varikuntapadu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. After coming to know of the same, petitioner filed objection dated 23.05.2016 before the 2nd respondent. But without considering the said objection of the petitioner, official respondents are trying to mutate the land in favour of the 5th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 23.05.2016 while disposing the representation filed by the 5th respondent dated 09.07.2015, after giving notice to the 5th respondent and other affected parties, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
