CVNR, J & TR, J & Cross-Obj(SR).No.14460 of 2012 Dated:01.02.2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal is placed before us following the award, dated 13.8.2016, of the Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad, the terms of which read as under:

"(1) Both parties have agreed the market value of the land acquired @ Rs.71,500/- per acre together with all statutory benefits.

(2) Both the parties filed joint calculation memos and the amounts will be paid to the claimants as per the calculation memos appended to this Award. However, both the parties are at liberty to file a petition for corrections in the calculation memos, in the Reference Court, if necessary.

(3) The disbursement of the amounts shall be as per Rule-230 of Civil Rules of Practice on proper identification of the claimants.

(7) No orders as to the costs of the appeal.

(8) The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.

(9) Accordingly, LAAS.No.477 of 2010 is liable to be dismissed, Cross-Objections (SR).No.14460 of 2012 is allowed as per clause No.1."

In the light of the above, the appeal is disposed of and the Cross-Objections are closed in terms of the Lok Adalat award as reproduced above.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, interim order, dated 24.8.2010, in LAASMP.No.1123 of 2010 is vacated and

CVNR, J & TR, J & Cross-Obj(SR).No.14460 of 2012 Dated:01.02.2017 LAASMP.No.1123 of 2010 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
