THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28629 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 05.06.2017, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation despite lapse of considerable length of time. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representation, dated 05.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, as per law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
