Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

In view of proof of service filed, there is no representation to the 2nd respondent.

In continuation to the interim order of this Court dated 21.08.2017, the interim order is made absolute of pending investigation there shall be stay of arrest, for nothing to interdict the investigation.
