The appeal against respondent No.1 was dismissed for default for non-compliance of the order, dated 10.12.2014, of this Court. So, when the appeal against respondent No.1 is dismissed for default, nothing survives in this appeal and the appeal is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
